We manufacture stainless steel components which meet the most exacting requirements in regards to precision, safety, function and design. This also includes the high-quality finishing of surfaces.
For further processing, e.g. subsequent to laser cutting, stamping or clipping, we operate a compact system offering a high degree of flexibility. Next to deburring of parts it also faciliates perfect edge rounding as well as customer-specific surface grinding. Tolerances due to material thickness and distortion can thus be easily levelled. In addition, galvanized and foiled sheets as well as workpieces with rim holes and stampings can be processed efficiently.       
Where compliance with specific hygiene standards is required, e.g. in the food industry, in cleanroom technology as well as in the fields of pharma or medical, the electropolishing of stainless steel surfaces is preferred thus guaranteeing low particle adhesion. All our staff exercise greatest caution in material handling to ensure entirely scratch free surfaces.
